Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage
Because at Great-West we believe in caring for our people, your health care begins on your date of hire, and you have a choice of a consumer-driven plan or PPO-type plan. Your medical plan premium also includes dental and vision coverage.

As a new employee, you'll begin to accrue paid time off immediately upon hire. We also offer eight paid holidays each calendar year, plus two floating holidays to use at your discretion.

Life Insurance

Basic Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage is provided at no cost to employees. Supplemental LTD coverage can be purchased on a pretax basis.
