Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage
 
Health coverage starts on the date of hire, with a choice of a consumer-driven plan or PPO-type plan. The medical plan premium also includes dental and vision coverage.
 
Flexible Benefit Accounts
 
Great-West offers flexible benefit accounts that allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for anticipated out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses.
 
Retirement Savings
 
Our 401(k) plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax money for retirement, with immediate vesting of company-matched funds and a wide choice of investment options.
 
Paid Time Off
 
New employees begin accruing paid time off immediately upon hire. Great-West also provides eight paid holidays each calendar year, plus two floating holidays to use at the employee’s discretion.
 
Volunteer and Financial Match Programs
 
Great-West’s Volunteer Match Program matches the time employees volunteer at eligible organizations at an hourly rate, as well as matching money raised by employees dollar for dollar. Our Financial Match Program matches employees’ personal financial contributions to eligible organizations.
 
Life Insurance
 
We provide basic life insurance coverage at no cost to employees. We offer additional low-cost life insurance for employees and their families, as well as low-cost optional accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
 
Long Term Disability Insurance
 
Basic Long Term Disability (LTD) coverage is provided at no cost to employees. Supplemental LTD coverage can be purchased on a pre-tax basis.

Great-West offers flexible work hours and a business-casual environment in many departments. Tuition reimbursement, an Employee Assistance Program, and credit union membership are available to all employees, and subsidized bus fares and free parking are offered at many locations. Our larger locations have on-site cafeterias, and our Denver headquarters includes an on-site fitness center and convenience store.
