How does this change affect me?
The change to our new brand will not change the way you do business with us. It is simply a new brand at the corporate level that cascades to our other companies and business segments. It carries with it a new name, logo and design—all of which will be evident in our communication materials and websites over the coming months. And while there are legal name changes to some of our companies, you will not have to do anything related to any existing contracts you may have with those companies.How does this change affect my plans?
The change to our new brand will have no impact on your plans. However, plans that offer funds from Maxim or Orchard Trust will see those fund name changes in accordance with our new, consistent naming conventions. The changes will occur automatically and be communicated to plans and their participants. The change to the funds is in name only. It does not affect the funds or their underlying investments.What is changing and what is not changing?
As of September 24, 2012, we will begin marketing the Great-West companies under the new brand name of Great-West FinancialSM. While we have created the Great-West Financial name and overarching brand to drive greater brand awareness and recognition and to unify all of our companies and business segments, Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company’s legal name and organization is not changing.Please refer to the table at the end of this document for a complete list of what will or will not change.
